and RFC structure, including the accounting

- Jim Rhoads, President of Four R Consulting

worked his entire career in retail and, more
specifically, in automotive retail or finance since
1996. Numerous references are available to

Jim has successfully supervised Buy Here Pay
Here operations as a Location Manager and as
the General Manager of a multi-lot organization.
He also served as Director of Training and
Consulting with a national BHPH software
provider where he performed on-site training and

across the country. He is a published author who
wrote the popular series called "27 Steps to
Starting and Managing a Successful Buy Here
Pay Here Operation." Jim is also known as a data
analyst and specialist in collections, having
created and developed exclusive cash flow
forecasting and collection tracking tools. Clients
