- Jim Rhoads, President of Four R Consulting
LLC, is an entrepreneur and consultant who has
worked his entire career in retail including
automotive retail or finance since 1996. As a
consultant, analyst, and trainer, Jim has been on
site in Buy Here Pay Here dealerships in 22
states and counting. Numerous references are
available to confirm his character, work
experience, and knowledge of the business.
Jim has successfully supervised Buy Here Pay
Here operations as a Location Manager and as
the General Manager of a multi-lot organization.
He also served as Director of Training and
Consulting with a national BHPH software
provider where he performed on-site training and
consultation for Buy Here Pay Here dealerships
across the country. He is a published author who
wrote the popular series "27 Steps to Starting
and Managing a Successful Buy Here Pay Here
Operation." Jim is also known as a data analyst
and specialist in collections, having created and
developed exclusive tools for tracking collections
